I am a Mind Body Performance Coach and not an online Personal Trainer - so my programs aren’t dirt cheap and that’s for two reasons

I’m not some bleached teeth fake fitness model who’s never been fat in her life doing a pom pom cheerleader routine shrieking “You Can Do It Baaabe ! ” 

I’m not a military-muscle-head barking at you to just eat more broccoli and do more push ups – I understand you and what you’re going through.

I have invested 15 years of my life, and more than $200,000 to come up with this system, and this is life changing information.

This isn’t just another quick fix that you’re going to half heartedly try to “see if it works”.

This is the final solution for ridding yourself of the weight forever – this is the end of the road. And it goes without saying ( but I’ll say it anyway) that I 100% stand behind my program.

When the time comes for you and one of my team sit down and for a Body Breakthrough session - we are going to work out exactly where you are right now, and where you want to be.


This is not just about what you want your ideal body to look like - it's also about what you want your ideal LIFE to look like .

Then we're going to talk about what you've done in the past, and we're going to figure out exactly how and why the wheels fell off. 

I'm going to ask you to be super honest with us here, and no, I don't think you failed because you're just "lazy" or have "no will power."
